MegaVolt Infrastructure
Good neighbor

Community first.

Our commitments to the towns and counties where we build.

Local jobs

We hire local contractors and suppliers wherever we can during site work and construction, and we encourage our partners to do the same for long term operations roles.

Local tax base

Data center campuses add property value to the local tax roll. We work openly with cities, counties and school districts on the long term fiscal picture.

Water stewardship

We plan cooling and site water use with local water supply in mind, and we favor designs that reduce fresh water demand.

Noise and lighting

We plan setbacks, screening and equipment placement to limit noise for neighbors, and use shielded, downward facing lighting.

Talking with neighbors

We meet with neighbors, city councils and local groups early and keep them informed as projects move forward.
